You must hold an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. state. We verify directly with the state bar.
Active malpractice insurance coverage is required. Proof must be uploaded during onboarding and kept current.
You agree to comply with applicable state bar rules on limited scope representation and to conduct yourself professionally at all appearances.
